Ask someone who
just got in.

When you have questions specific to your situation, you can talk with someone relevant. Use Case Lab and AI Review first so the conversation can be efficient and grounded.

Pick from a curated list rather than starting from a blank message. The mentor sees the topic before the call, so the session starts where you actually are.

Mentors are current students and publish their own availability. You choose from times they already made free, so nobody negotiates a calendar.

A short, structured conversation with someone who ran this season recently. You bring the questions, they bring what actually happened.

Capture what mattered while it is fresh. Notes stay in your workspace, so the next conversation starts further ahead.

How a session runs

Before, during, and after.

Session standards

For students

  • I will be respectful and use the session for its stated purpose.
  • I will not misuse mentor meeting access, harass anyone, or share inappropriate content.
  • I will not post or share the mentor's private meeting link, password, or access details outside this session.
  • I understand each chat is a short (30-minute) focused conversation, not ongoing counseling or admissions guarantees.
  • I understand misuse may result in account restrictions.

For mentors

  • I will provide an accurate meeting link and any join instructions for every session I accept.
  • I will not expose unnecessary private information about myself or others.
  • I will honor scheduled commitments or communicate changes promptly through the platform.
  • I will use PeerPath responsibly and interact with students professionally.
  • I understand mentors share personal experience only, not official admissions decisions.

Mentors

You offer short, structured conversations for students who have already engaged with PeerPath content. Same scheduling and norms as before.

What it is

Short conversations with current students who opt in as mentors. You bring context; they share experience and perspective. Peer conversation, not packaged advising.

  • Ask follow-up questions that depend on your situation.
  • Compare backgrounds and systems before you commit time.
  • Standard session length: 30 minutes.

What it is not

  • Nota substitute for studying the cases and reviewing your own drafts.
  • Nota guarantee of admission or ghostwriting.
  • Nota sales funnel. You choose when to reach out.

Trust and behavior. We expect respectful use of the platform and accurate scheduling. PeerPath does not guarantee admissions outcomes.
